| 摘 要： | 针对综合保障和维修工程的需要 ,提出了一种通用电路板自动测试与诊断系统的设计方法 ,该系统集自测试 /校准于一体 ,通用性好 ,易于扩展和维护 ,能对数字、模拟、数模混合和微波电路进行自动测试和故障诊断。

| Abstract: | Considering the demand of integrated logistic support (ILS), a kind of general auto test and fault diagnosis system for electronic circuits is put forward. This system include self-test and calibration.It is easy to expand and maintenance and has the ability to auto test and fault diagnose the digital,analog and microwave circuits. |
