| 摘 要： | 提出一种按系统复杂度的维修性分配方法，并对用该法将多个同类产品组成的串联分系统的平均修复时间ＭＴＴＲ分配至单个产品的使用条件进行讨论。论证了在分系统中同类产品同时发生故障的概率极小的情况下该分系统的寿命分布规律及其对分配方法的影响，建立了必要的约束条件，并举例进行了误差比较。

| Abstract: | A maintainability allocation method based on system complexity is presented. For agivensystem consisting of series subsystems composed of the sameitems, the application conditions of usingthe presented method to allocate MTTR ( mean time to repair ) to eachitem are discussed. The lifedistribution law of a subsystem in the case that the probability of concurr ent failure of the sameitemsin the subsystem be a minimum is discussed and proved. The impact of the life distribution law on theallocation method is also discussed. Finally, the necessary constraints and error compar ison are givenby an example. |
