新型空天货物转载支架车静强度及可靠性仿真分析

摘    要:为满足空天货物在直升机上的快速装卸及航空运输轻量化需求,研制了以铝合金材料为主体的新型转载支架车。采用ABAQUS软件分别对转载支架车的车架结构和支腿,以及辅助装置的分载板建立有限元模型并进行静强度分析;以支架车单根支腿下降模拟支架车在上机过程中的不均匀沉降现象,通过力学分析计算支架车上机过程中的平均强度;根据强度设计值和强度标准值,反向推导出材料的强度分布,计算得到支架车各结构的失效概率。仿真结果表明:所设计轻量化支架车的结构强度满足指标要求;各结构失效概率均满足可靠性指标要求,但采用铝合金3003材料的分载板失效概率最大,是支架车系统的薄弱环节,后续应考虑加以改进。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of rapid loading/unloading of air cargos on helicopter and the light weight air transportation, a new type of reloading and tranfer cart made of aluminum alloy material is developed. In this paper, the ABAQUS software is used to establish the finite element models of the main structure, the legs, and the load-sharing panel, and carry out the static strength analysis. The non-uniform settlement of the cart in the process of loading is simulated by regulating the position of a single support leg, and the average structural strength in the process of loading is calculated by mechanical analysis. In addition, according to the strength design value and the standard value of the strength for each substructure, the strength distributions of the material is obtained, and then the failure probability of each structure of the bracket car is calculated. It is shown that the structural strength of the designed lightweight support cart meets the technological requirements, and the failure probability of each substructure all meets the reliability requirements, while the failure probability of the load-sharing panel made of aluminum alloy 3003 is among the highest, indicating a weak link of the support cart system that should be improved in the design.
