摘    要:有源相控阵天线的小型化、高集成发展带来了严峻的散热挑战,天线阵面的高热功耗和高热流密度已成为制约天线电性能的瓶颈。文章对国内外公开报道的相控阵天线冷却技术研究进展及未来的发展趋势进行综述,总结相控阵天线常用冷却方法的优缺点及适用范围,并对相控阵天线冷却方法的选择进行分析,以期为相控阵天线热设计人员提供参考。

Advances in the cooling techniques for active electronically scanned antenna

Abstract:The miniaturization and the high integration level of the active electronically scanned antenna(AESA) are facing severe challenges for the heat dissipation. The high thermal power consumption and the high heat flux received have become the bottleneck in improving the electrical performance of the antenna. This paper reviews the advances and the development trend of the cooling techniques at home and abroad for the AESA are reviewed in this paper. The advantages, disadvantages, and the scope of application of the common cooling methods of the AESA are summarized, and the recommendations are proposed for the selection of the suitable cooling method for the AESA, to provide reference for the thermal design of AESAs.
