摘    要:文章针对载人航天器主动控温回路系统中采用的分布式和集中式两类辐射器构型,分别建立了仿真分析模型,对它们在正常工作模式和辐射器支路故障工作模式下的工作性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用集中式辐射器的主动控温回路系统所能承受的热负荷水平要优于分布式辐射器对应的主动控温回路系统,且随着故障辐射器支路数目的增加,这两类流体回路所能承受的热负荷水平差异愈加明显。对于文章所设定的模型,正常工作情况下二者差异达到7.4%,单条支路故障时差异达到11%,2条支路故障时差异达到31.5%。

Abstract:For active thermal control loop systems with centralized and distributed radiator layouts, respectively, simulation models are developed. Based on the models, the difference of the heat dissipation potential between the two kinds of systems under normal and radiator loop failure working pattern is analyzed. According to the results, the heat dissipation potential of the active thermal control loop system with a centralized layout radiator structure is better than that of the active thermal control loop system with a distributed layout radiator structure, and the difference of the heat dissipation potential between the two systems increases as the number of failure radiator loops increases. For the loop systems constructed in this paper, the difference of the heat dissipation potential is about 7.4% for a normal working pattern, and the difference could reach 11% in the case of one radiator loop failure, and 31.5% in the case of failure of two radiator loops.
