| Abstract: | The author summarizes experiences of attending rockets and missiles launch missions,especially about attending fault diagnosis work several times in 90s.Author finds out:There are many problems in the selection of measuring parameters and in the assignment of technical requirement of parameters.In recent years it was not enough to pay attention on reliability of telemetry system.The time for data processing is too long.The contradiction is very serious,but the method to solve this problem has not been found out till now.According to the author opinion, the chief reason of producing these problems is due to pay less attention to launch unsucessful processing.In this paper, the author gives a detail explanation about all the upper problems. Also the author has given suggestions about how to solve these problems. This paper is a summarizing experience and may be useful to the designers,range test officers and engineers. |
