航空发动机高速滚子轴承的试验研究

摘    要:1.探索性试验 为适应我国航空工业发展,就要提高发动机主轴的旋转速度,而主轴滚子轴承成为发展的障碍,因此提出了研究DN(D为轴承内径mm,N为转速rpm)值为2.5×10~4的滚子轴承课题。先选用某型发动机涡轮前滚子轴承E1032932NQ进行探索性试验。 首先将DN值提高到2.2×10~6,分解检查,基本完好,无明显异样。然后提高到2.5×10~6,按大纲试验后分解检查,在滚子端面有明显磨痕。这是滚子不稳定性引起偏扭磨损所致。

Abstract:A research work for developing aeroengine high-speed roller bearings with2. 5×106 DN has been completed. At first, a front roller bearing of a turbine rotor on an existing engine was tested to expose its defects as its DN was enhanced. Then, a new bearing 5D2002832N W has been designed to eliminate the these defects, the comparative tests have been carried out. The results show that the new bearing can meet the requirements of the roller bearing working at 2. 5×106 DN, when its design parameters are chosen reasonably.
