NiCrAlY涂层的铬含量及结构对热腐蚀寿命的影响

摘    要:研究了三种铬含量不同、结构不同的NiCrAlY涂层的抗腐蚀寿命。结果表明,在研究的条件下,Cr提高2%,涂层平均抗腐蚀寿命提高40%。而成分相同,合理选择涂层结构-元素浓度分布,涂层平均抗热腐蚀寿命提高2~3倍。

Abstract:Three kinds of Cr content and different structure in NiCrAlY coatings and their hot corrosion resistance has been studied in the paper.It is found that the average life of hot corrosion resistance of the coating rises 40 percent when Cr content in coating increases 2 percent. However, the life of the coating rises 2 to 3 times with suitable coatings structure at the same content.
