高速机载采集记录设备的模块化设计技术

摘    要:提出了一种模块化、通用化的高速机载数据采集记录设备。设备采用模块化设计,连接器和设备对外接口采用通用标准接口,能够同时采集音视频、总线和离散量数据,并对数据进行处理打包和存储。可适应多型号飞机的数据采集和记录需求,降低了设备研制风险,增加了设备的可靠性和维护性,为通用高速机载数据采集记录设备的研究和发展提供了方向。

Abstract:A modular and universal high-speed airborne data acquisition and recording equipment is produced. Modular design is adopted for equipment, and general standard interface is adopted for connector and external interface of equipment. The device can collect audio, video, bus and discrete data at the same time. Meanwhile, the data is processed, packed and stored. It can adapt to the data acquisition and recording requirements of multi model aircraft with only a small range of changes or upgrades, which reduces the risk of equipment development and increases the reliability and maintainability of the equipment. This design provides a direction for the research and development of general high-speed airborne data acquisition and recording equipment.
