民航信息化建设与组织创新

目前能够在竞争中占得先机的企业与传统的企业有着完全不同的组织结构,企业中传统的等级制度面临消亡,信息系统对组织结构的影响将越来越显著,甚至会成为企业成败的关键因素。从信息化建设与组织创新之间的关系入手,阐明了信息系统对组织的影响,传统等级制企业组织结构对信息时代的不适应以及信息化企业的组织特点,并对民航现阶段信息化状态进行了分析。

Informationized Construction and Organization Reengineering

The enterprises today,which occupy an important part in compet it ion,have different organizational structure with the traditional ones.The old hierarchical system is vanishing.Infor-ma tion system not only influences the organizational structure of enterprises notably but also acts as critical surv ival factors.Beginning with the relationship between informationized con-struc tion and organizational reengineering,this paper sets forth the influence of in formation system on organization,the unsuitability of traditional hierarchic or ganizational structure in in-formation era and the characteristics of informati onized enterprises.It also analyzes informa-tionized current situation of ci vil aviation.
