摘    要:碳纤维由混编,软编制成预制体,后经致密化制成C/C销钉复合材料,讨论了编织方法,复合工艺,界面,加工性等影响C/C销钉的因素,高压碳化沥青碳基体与碳纤维界面结合强;纤维体积分数对碳销钉的强度起决定性作用,软编C/C销钉可机加性好,带轴纱4向软编C/C销钉的纤维含量高,剪切强度高达63.7MPa。

Abstract:The carbon fiber preforms formed by weaving(braiding) are densified to make carbon carbon pin bolts.The influence factors on carbon carbon pins such as weaving(braiding) methods,densification technologies,interface,and machinability are discussed.Pitch carbon matrix by high pressure pyrolysis has relative strong bonding to carbon fiber at interface. Fiber volume fraction is a dominant factor to affect the shear strength of C/C pins. 4D Braided carbon carbon composites with good machinability normally have higher fiber fraction and higher shear strength of 63.7 MPa for example.
