螺旋诱导轮在高性能离心泵中的应用

螺旋诱导轮是一种结构新颖而性能优良的流体装置，深入研究该装置对于改进现有液压泵的性能有重要的意义。结合某型航空螺旋离心泵，本文深入研究了螺旋诱导轮在高性能离心泵中的作用，对螺旋诱导轮的内部流动进行了计算．分析了其结构和工作原理；同时，针对螺旋诱导轮的特殊结构，深入分析了它的预旋和预增压作用，以及自身良好的抗汽蚀性。研究结果表明，通过增加螺旋诱导轮能够有效提高离心泵的扬程和抗汽蚀性能。

Application of Screw Inducer Used in High-performance Centrifugal Pump

Screw inducer is a hydrodynamic machine with special structure and fine performance.And thus,analyzing such equipment is meaningful to promote the performance of pumps.The screw inducer,part of a special centrifugal pumps used in aero-engine,was deeply analyzed in this paper.The inducer's interior flow field was calculated.Its mechanism,operation principle and function were discussed.Also the inducer's pre-circumrotation,pre-promotion of pressure and anti-cavitation ability were studied.The results show that the inducer attributes much to the anti-cavitation ability and hydrodynamic head of centrifugal pump.
