一种蜂窝夹层有限元

 在航空结构,特別是翼面结构中,随着复合材料的应用,蜂窝夹层结构应能得到更加广泛的应用。我们研制的金属及复合材料应力分析程序——YJS851中发展了一种蜂窝层元素,通过不同算例考核,其结果是满意的。现已用于某型飞机的打样计算。用美国的MSC/NASTRAN程序对同一模型作了计算,二者结果几乎没有差别。同时与MSC/NASTRAN相比,我们发展的程序使用方便,价格便宜。

A FINITE ELEMENT OF HONEYCOMB SANDWICH

In this articles honeycomb sandwich finite element was'given, including fundamental hypotheses, formula derivation, computer programs and result comparisons. The subroutines for element stiffness matrix and element stress were written in FORTRAN-IV.They have convenient interfaces and could be easily put into other structural analysis programs.To verify the validation of the programs, we analysed the same structure with both analytic method and MSC/NASTRAN.The results showed that there were few differences.This demonstrated that the honeycomb sandwich finite element was quite useful in structural analysis.
