线阵CCD相机试验室像质测试的配准方法研究

摘    要:文章讨论了在线阵CCD相机整机静态和动态像质测试中,由靶标像和CCD像元间配准的不确定性所引起的测量结果的不确定性,推导了在奈奎斯特频率下测量其静态和动态像调制传函时,矩形线条状靶标像和CCD像元间的对准位错量所引起的位错MTF计算公式,并按此公式提出了一类位错靶标的设计方法和使用方法,该位错靶标可使配准简化,提高测量结果的确定性。

Abstract:When measures the static and dynamic image quality of linear array CCD camera in overall, it is found that the measuring results is uncertain, which is caused by the uncertainty of registration between the target image and the CCD pixel.This paper discusses the uncertainty and deduced a dislocation MTF formula under the Nequist frequency. It points out some design methods and some application methods of dislocation target, which can simplify the regisration and improve the certainty of measuring results.
