跨音速风洞变开闭比斜孔壁的初步研究

摘    要:为了减轻跨音速风洞试验的洞壁干扰,改善跨音速风洞的流场品质,我们自行设计研制了一套可连续调节开闭比的60°斜孔壁,开闭比变化范围为0~9.2%。本壁板已在一个侧壁为实壁的600毫米×600毫米跨超音速风洞中投入使用。本文介绍这种变开闭比斜孔壁的概况和马赫数0.6到1.2范围内的初步校测试验结果。

Abstract:In order to reduce the wall interference and improve quality of the flow-field in a transonic wind tunnel, a set of variable porosity walls with 60° inclined holes have been designed and manufactured. The open-area ratio of the walls can vary continually from zero to 9.2 percent. The walls have been used in a 600mm×600mm tran- and supersonic wind tunnel with solid side walls.This paper describes the general characteristics of the variable porosity walls and the preliminary results of calibration at Mach numbers ranging from 0.6 to 1.2.
