载人航天器密封舱内非金属材料控制

摘    要:载人航天器非金属材料控制是保证航天员安全和航天器顺利完成飞行任务的重要因素。文章对非金属材料控制的主要要素进行了分析,制定了选用要求,提出了控制方法和措施,并对非金属材料阻燃、有害气体脱出及质量损失等性能进行了专项筛选试验及总体封舱检测,从而获得了载人航天器密封舱内非金属材料选用清单。

Abstract:The control of nonmetallic materials is a key issue in assuring the astronaut safety and the success of the mission.This paper analyzes the main factors of the control,including the material selection criteria in the ground stage,and the method of the control of in-flight materials.Specific tests are carried out for verifying a particular performance of a certain kind of material,such as the combustibility,the outgassing,and the mass loss.The recommended list of qualified materials is established.
