碳纤维束大小对2D C/SiC复合材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过对2种丝束大小平纹机织的碳纤维布增强SiC(C/SiC)复合材料的力学性能实验,研究了纤维束丝束大小(1k和3k)对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:纤维束大小不同,导致纤维束弯曲程度和复合材料孔隙率不同,从而使得C/SiC复合材料力学性能产生差异。

Abstract:The effect of the yarn counts on mechanical properties of the woven carbon cloth with two types of tow(1 k and 3 k)reinforced silicon carbide (C/ SiC) composites was investigated by the mechanical tests. The experimental results indicated that unequal yarn counts causes differences in the warp waviness and the void volume fraction in the composites, which cause differences in mechanical properties of composites.
