超磁致伸缩合金材料(Tb,Dy)Fe2的热处理工艺研究

摘    要:采用区域定向凝固方法制备《110》取向的TbDyFe超磁致伸缩合金,用管式氩气保护进行了热处理方面的工作,全面研究热处理条件的变化对(Tb,Dy)Fe2超磁致伸缩合金的超磁致伸缩性能以及组织的影响.研究结果表明热处理使磁致伸缩性能可以得到较大提高,富稀土相的球化和晶粒吞并长大,减小了磁化过程中90°磁畴转动的阻力,这是高温热处理提高磁致伸缩性能的根本原因.运用多参数磁测量系统测试了材料的磁致伸缩系数λ、磁感应强度B、动态磁致伸缩系数d33、增量磁导率μ33和磁机电耦合系数k33,研究了磁特性随磁场H的变化规律.

Abstract:<110> oriented rods of a TbDyFe giant magnetostrictive alloy has been successfully prepared by zone melting directional solidification method.The different technologies of heat treatment have been researched in a TbDyFe alloy with preferred orientation.The results show that the annealing can influence the microstructure and magnetostriction in the TbDyFe alloy.The sphericity of the rare-earth phase and the crystal growth,which can decrease the resistance of the domain rotation,is a basic reason for high-temperature annealing to improve the magnetostriction in the alloy.The dependent curves of magnetostriction,added magnetic conductivity and other magnetic parameters on magnetic field were measured by using multiple parameter magnetic measurement system.
