介质振荡器的设计

摘    要:为了实现微型化相干布局囚禁(CPT)原子钟,需要设计出小体积、低功耗的微波电路。本文介绍了利用介质振荡器(DRO)实现的适合微型CPT原子钟的微波电路,首先利用ADS(Advanced Design System)软件实现了介质振荡器的仿真,然后根据仿真结果设计并实现了振荡器电路,测试结果表明:输出微波频率为3.4GHz、功率为-4dBm、功耗为37mW。

Abstract:In order to realize the miniature Coherent Population Trapping(CPT) atomic clock,small size and low power consumption microwave circuits are required.A microwave circuit for chip-scale CPT atomic clock by using Dielectric Resonator Oscillator(DRO) is untroduced.The simulation results of DRO by ADS(Advanced Design System)software are presented and the circuit is designed and realized according to the results of simulation.Experiment result shows that the output frequency is stable at 3.4 GHz and the output p...
