基于Patran的全机柔性模型研究及模态分析

摘    要:以某型无人机研制为背景,采用MSC.Patran建立了全机柔性有限元模型Ⅰ。在模型Ⅰ的基础上,简化次要受力部件,建立了全机柔性有限元模型Ⅱ。运用模态分析方法,利用MSC.Nastran对两个全机柔性模型进行仿真模态分析,得到全机各阶固有频率和振型。通过比较两个模型的模态分析结果,得到了关于全机材料及结构方面的有益结论。提出的全机有限元简化模型及模态分析方法,为无人机全机结构动态特性试验和设计提供了参考。

Abstract:Flexible finite element model Ⅰ of the full scale unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) was established using MSC.Patran.Simplifying the unimportant components of the vehicle,we can get the new simplified model Ⅱ.The quality and stiffness characteristics of the two models were adjusted to meet the design requirements.With the modal analysis tool of MSC.Nastran,the natural frequency and vibration of the two models were analyzed and compared,and some useful conclusions on materials and structures of the aircraft can be obtained.The flexible finite element model and modal analysis method presented could be the reference to dynamic experiment and design of full scale unmanned aerial vehicle.
