虚拟圆柱度误差测量仪的研究

摘    要:利用美国NI公司的LabWindows/CVI为软件开发平台,结合实验室现有的测量条件和基于PC的数据采集卡,开发研制了虚拟圆柱度误差测量仪.该仪器将形位误差测量技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合,用圆柱度误差的最小二乘评定法、最小区域评定法,解决了圆柱度误差的测量问题,并且将圆柱度误差图形在屏幕上显示出来.形象、直观,有利于分析误差产生的原因,以便控制制造误差.该仪器测量准确度高,工作稳定,制造成本低,并具有良好的功能扩展能力,既可用于实验教学,又可用于生产实际.

Abstract:The instrument was developed on the newest virtual instrument platform. Lab Windows/CVI of American national instruments was used to be software platform, Data acquisition card and equipment of laboratory was used to be hardware platform. It was integrated form and position error measuring technology with virtual instrument technology. The cylindricity error is evaluated by least square method, minimum zone method. The cylindricity error chart is able to display in the screen in order to analysis the cause of cylindricity error. The cost of the instrument is low. The instrument is stable and reliable. The instrument function can be enlarged. It can be used in both laboratory and industry.
