基于Visual-LISP的基本ILS面障碍物评估

摘    要:用基本ILS面评估障碍物是精密进近航段三种评估障碍物的方法之一,对于没有穿透基本ILS面的障碍物,OAS评估中则不需考虑,起到筛选障碍物的作用。本文基于Visual-LISP编写了程序,能在Auto Cad中根据跑道位置直接生成基本ILS面的保护区,寻找障碍物之后,则可以根据障碍物位置直接得出障碍物评估信息,并生成表格,在青海、阿柔等机场设计中得到了很大的应用。

Abstract:The assessment of basic ILS surfaces with obstacles is one of the three main obstacle assessment methods in precision approach segment. There is no need to consider the obstacle if the obstacle do not penetrate the basic ILS surfaces. The basic ILS surfaces play a role in screening obstacles. The LISP procedure can draw the protected areas automatically according to the runway location and runway direction. It can also obtain the obstacle assessment information according to obstacle location and generate the required form. The software has been applied to the flight procedure design in Qing hai and A rou airport.
