| 摘 要： | 空管单位的质量安全管理体系建设已经完成,需要进一步发挥其运行实效。本文对飞行服务报告室运行质量安全管理开展相应研究,采取循环管理和风险管理等方法对运行中的问题开展分析,经过相应的管理过程,最终取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | QSMS construction has been completed in ATC units. But we need to further develop its effective operation. Using PDCA and risk management methods, this paper analyses the problem of Air Traffic Flight Service Reporting Office in operation, and makes some research on how to improve QSMS of Air Traffic Flight Service Reporting Office. |
