数值研究涡流器对环形燃烧室燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:数值研究不同类型涡流器对环形燃烧室流场与性能的影响.采用分区耦合方法分别生成两级轴向、斜切径向及三级轴向涡流器的环形燃烧室的结构化网格,在任意曲线坐标系下对带有扩压器、涡流器、火焰筒和内外环冷却通道的三种环形燃烧室三维两相燃烧整体流场进行计算,气相和液相分别采用Euler与Lagrange法处理,采用多维/经验分析法估算燃烧室性能.计算与实验比较相符表明,可利用本文计算方法预测不同涡流器对燃烧室流场和燃烧室性能的影响.

Abstract:In this paper, Influences of various swirlers on flow fields and combustion performance in annular combustors are numerically investigated. The block-structured grids of annular combustors with swirlers(dual-stage axial,swirl cup and three-stage axial) are generated by solving a system of elliptic partial differential equations with the zone data transmit method. Three-dimensional two-phase combus-tion integrated flow fields of three different annular combustors including swirler, flame tube, dump diffuser, inner and outer cooling annuluses are calculated in arbitrary curvilinear coordinates. The gas and liquid phases are treated with Eulerian and Lagrangian methods,respectively. Combustor perfor- mances are estimated by the empirical-analytical design method. Calculations are in agreement with experimental data. Predictions indicate that the numerical procedures are reliable for numerical investi-gation of influence of different swirlers on combustion performance in annular combustors.
