| 摘 要： | 本文采用正交试验方法寻找Ｎｂ、Ｖ合金元素与变质剂的最佳组合以获得性能良好的球铁轧辊材料，比较ＮｂＶ球铁与ＮｉＭｏ球铁的铸造性能、常规力学性能及断裂韧性，结果表明，ＮｂＶ球铁不亚于ＮｉＭｏ球铁，可替代ＮｉＭｏ球铁生产轧辊。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the experiments devised by Tahuchi are Condueted to optimize the Composition for seeking out Nb V alloging elements and modification agents,to get roll materials of duetile iron with good properties.Compariong Nb Vduefile iron with Nb Mo duefile iron on foundry properfies,Conventional meeharics opoperfies and fraefure foughnelz.The result shows that Nb V Duefile iron is not worse than Nb Mo Ductile iron.They can produce rolls instead of Nb No Duefile. |
