摘 要: | 对某型航空发动机3个燃油喷嘴的工作特性和雾化质量进行了试验对比研究.试验结果表明:主喷管直径和旋流槽尺寸是影响供油特性的主要因素;随供油压力的增大,燃油流量增大,但增幅逐步减缓,雾化粒径随之逐渐域小,当供油压力增大到一定值后,雾化粒径基本不变。试验结果为该型发动机燃油喷嘴的设计和改进提供了重要依据。

Abstract: | The comparative experiment study of the operational characteristies and spray particle size of three fuel nozzles was condurted.The results show that the main-nozzle diameter and the size of swirl slots are contributing factors to the fuel supply characteristies;the fuel flow is increased and the spray particle size is decreased gradually with the increase of fuel supply pressure.but the increment is slowed down gradually;The spray particle size will keep constant after the fuel supply pressure increasing to a level.The results hare given the importance references for the design and development of an aeroengine fuel nozzle. |
