| 摘 要： | 铝型材在航空，航天，汽车，建筑等行业得到了日益广泛的应用，挤压是成形铝型材的基本工艺方法，挤压模则是铝型格挤压中最关键的要素，提高铝型材挤压模的一次试模成功率，缩短挤压模型设计制造周期对于铝型材的生产至关重要。本文介绍自行研制开发的适用于铝型材挤压模设计，制造的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统，该系统现已在广州冶金研究所投入使用。

| Abstract: | Aluminium extruded sections have been widely used in aeronautical,astronautical,automobile and architectural industries.Extruslon is a basic method for forming aluminium extruded sections.The key factor is extrusion die.It is utmost important for forming aluminium extruded sections to improve the successful ratio of the first test run of the extrusion dies and to shorten the circle of designing and manufacturing of extrusion die.A CAD/CAM system for designing and manufacturing of extrusion die is introduced.The system has been used in Guangzhou metallurgy research institute. |
