摘    要:在航天器热控制中,空间辐射是最主要的散热部件。矩形导管平板式空间辐器由许多个扁平的矩形导管组成,矩形导管的上下面,或一面作为辐射排热表面。它是典型、常用的一种空间辐射器。本文对单面、双面矩形导管平板式空间辐射器进行了详细的热分析,利用膜热阻系数和辐射参数,推出平板表面温度和管内流体温度的计算方程式,从而计算出管内流体温度及板面温度随导管长度的变化关系。再由管内流体温度变化,计算出矩形导管平板式空间

Abstract:Space radiators are important components in spacecraft thermal control subsystem. Plain rectangular duct radiators are composed of a series of rectangular ducts. The rectangular ducts have two exposed sides or one exposed surface for heat rejection. The plain rectangular duct radiators are typical radiators in common use. The detailed thermal analysis is discussed for the plain rectangular duct radiator with two exposed sides or one exposed surface. With the film resistance number and radiation number,a mathematical approach is presented for the duct wall and bulk fluid temperature, and their temperature changes are calculated. The quantity of heat rejected by the radiator can be easily computed using the temperature changes,so the performance calculation is accomplished for the plain rectangular duct radiator with two exposed sides or one exposed surface.
