摘 要: | 用传统的材料力学方法设计应变天平时要作较大的简化。笔者应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对风洞天平进行结构计算,得到天平在各种载荷作用下的应变场和位移分布,从而计算得到天平各测量元件的应变值和刚度,最后将ANSYS计算的各载荷作用下的应变值与材料力学计算值作了比较。

Application of ANSYS method to the design of wind tunnel balance |

Abstract: | Traditional mechanics of materials method applied to designing strain-gauge balances is simplified much more. In this paper the features about wind tunnel balance is calculated by the software of finite element analysis(FEA) named ANSYS, the strain field and the displacement distribution is obtained,accordingly the strain and stiffness of each spring element are calculated, finally the sensitivity calculated by ANSYS is compared with that obtained by mechanics method. |
