摘    要: 通过综合组内产品在先关系图的方式,将成组生产线转化为单一品种生产线形式,然后在几种启发式线平衡方法的基础上提出了关键路线与最大候选时间优先法。该方法通过实例试算,并与阶位法对比,效果比较满意。用该方法平衡了前哨机械厂4种不同型号风钻的成组装配线。

Abstract:By merging the preced.ice diagrams of products in the group,the GT production line can be transformed into single production line. The critical path and largest candidate time priority method based on several efficient heuristic assembly line balancing method (RPW).Comsoal method and huristic network method are proposed. Using the method, we have computed many examples in literatures and made comparison with the RPW method.The results are proved to be satisfactory application in practice. This method has been used in balancing a GT assembly line of four pneumatic drill in Qianshao Machinery Factory.
