| Abstract: | Based on the review of research about young teachers＇ career development, this paper discusses the reflections and harms of career-dissociating phenomenon among young teachers of English in ethnic higher institutions, analyses the multi-aspect reasons causing this phenomenon. Furthermore, it proposes some approaches and measures to eliminate this phenomenon. |
