摘    要:对于目前无TOC时刻的长河二号导航信号 ,提出如何自定义准TOC时刻、计算TOC历表 ,测定准TOC时刻导航信号参考脉冲与UTC整秒间的时刻差 ;以便在GPS技术测量长河二号地波传播时延、推求大地电导率的实验研究中应用。其思路和方法可供长波定时用户利用长河二号导航信号进行“长河二号与BPL”或“长河二号与GPS”组合定时应用参考。

Abstract:There is not the Time-of-coincidence(TOC) at present for the navigation signal of Changhe 2 System. A notion of the quasi-TOC and a method of calculating the quasi-TOC time table have been presented in this paper for use in measuring the time difference between UTC(GPS) and the time of the navigation signal from the transmitting antenna of Changhe 2. The time difference has been put to use in experiment for determining the ground-wave propagation delay of the navigation signal over a path and the ground electrical conductivity of the path. The notion and the method may also be applied for timing by use of combining the navigation signal of Changhe 2 system with BPL time signal or GPS signal.
