| 摘 要： | 完善农村社会保障体系是“十七大”的目标之一，也是我国社会保障体系的重要组成部分，对于构建和谐社会意义重大。通过对农村社会保障的演变过程回顾，分析了现行农村社会保障存在的问题及其成因，阐述改革应遵循的原则，提出完善农村社会保障体系的构想。
