| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于熵类误差准则函数的渐进收缩学习方法，避免了当模式反转时，传统ＢＰ算法的局域极小，加快了收敛速度，且有效地改善了网络的推广性能。此外，还提出了一种自适应学习率调整方法，克服了传统ＢＰ算法中固定步长不能适应复杂的误差曲面的问题，在收敛速度方面有较大地改善，并且对参数的敏感性小，有较好的鲁棒性。

| Abstract: | The improved error function for feedforward neural net and the improved BP algorithm based on adaptive parameters adjustment are presented, which can learn faster in lower calculation cost, avoid reversed target output and overlearning improve networks distribution abilities in pattern classification and learn the targets more accurately in less training iterations. |
