硅氧烷原子氧防护膜工艺及防护性能研究

摘    要:原子氧是对低地球轨道航天器构成重要影响的空间环境因素之一,严重影响着航天器在轨的安全运行.文章重点介绍了制备工艺对六甲基二硅氧烷原子氧防护膜结构及性能的影响,分析了防护膜的聚合原理,并对其结构、成分进行了测试分析,从而获得了防护膜的工艺参数.最后对防护膜进行了原子氧辐照实验与测试,结果表明采用等离子体聚合方法制备的原子氧防护膜具有很好的耐原子氧性能.
