| 摘 要： | 教师的定编和教学水平评价是高职院校教师管理的两个基本问题，如何调控教师的教学工作量，是高职院校提高教学质量的基本保障；构建合理的教师教学水平评价体系，采用引入测评素质系数的测评法评价教师的教学水平，是高职院校对教师评价的有效办法，也是促进学校发展的有力措施。

| Abstract: | It s two basic issues to delimit the organizational structure and to evaluate the teaching standard in the higher vocational colleges. How to adjust and control the capacity for teaching of teachers is basic assurance for enhancing teaching quality in the higher vocational college; it's both an effective way to appraise teachers and also a strong step to make the higher vocational colleges develop to build rational evaluation system of teaching standard and to use test-judge arts by introducing test-judge quality-coefficient to appraise teaching standard of teachers. |
