| 摘 要： | 安全管理系统是航空运行安全的重要保障，随着中国航空运输的快速发展，中国各航空公司现有的安全管理手段已不能适应发展的需要。通过分析中国航空公司安全管理的现状．借鉴国外安全管理系统的理论和实践，提出一个适合中国航空承运人的安全管理系统。

| Abstract: | A safety controlling system is a kind of guarantee to the safety of air flight operation. As a result of the rapid development of China air transportation industry,the means and ways of existing air safety management system falls short of meeting safety concerns. Through analyzing the status quo of the air safety management system of China airlines,with a reference to the same system of foreign air-companies,and their theory and practice,a proposal is put forward in the article for an establishment of a safety management system adapted to the real conditions of China air transportation companies. |
