摘    要:通过有限元计算对细编穿刺三向碳/碳材料双向应力试件的设计进行了研究,完善了中心标定区大致为均匀应力场的结论,对中心标定区应力计算公式进行了改进,并对厚度比的影响、旁路的影响做了分析。对今后类似材料的强度准则工作提供重要的设计依据。

Abstract:This paper makes study of the design of two direction stress specimen which is made of 3D carbon/carbon composite material. Through FEM calculation the conclusion of uniform stress field in the marked central area is perfected. The formula of stress calculation in the marked central area is improved.The affection of thick ratio and bypass, and the stress concentrition are analysized. The paper well solves the problems in the test and presents important bases for the strength criterion of other similar materials.
