| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors modify the FEM and Lanczos algorithm by designing proper incore/outcore processes for the corresponding matrix computation. By means of this, the computation on dynamic characteristics of large flexible space structures with DOFs up to more than 10,000 can be carried out in a general PC 386. Examples show that these approaches are right and efficient. |
