ARALL层板分层破坏的研究

摘    要:本文通过WTDCB方法研究了胶粘剂韧性对ARALL层板Ⅰ型断裂破坏行为的影响,并对其裂纹扩展速率进行了计算及预测。结果表明,层板的Ⅰ型断裂均为多重混合型破坏,主要发生于芳纶/胶粘剂区域。铝/胶粘剂界面是强界面。改善胶粘剂与芳纶的界面粘合状况、提高胶粘剂的韧性是提高ARALL层板层间性能的有效途径。

Abstract:The influence of the adhesive toughness on the delamination(mode I) of ARALL was investigated by using WTPSB in this paper. The crack growth rates are calculated or predicted. The results show that the fracture is mixed mode, mainly in the aramid/adhesive area. The interface of A1/adhesive is strong. Improving the adhesion of the interface of aramid/adhesive and the toughness of adhesive is the effective way to increase the interlaminar property of ARALL.
