涡轮叶片叶身内外型面的参数化设计

摘    要:运用AutoCAD的二次开发语言Visual LISP,完成了涡轮叶片叶身内外型面的参数化设计软件包的研制.实现了涡轮导向叶片和工作叶片从气动给出的叶片外型数据到结构图形的自动化设计要求。并根据涡轮工作叶片的结构设计要求,完成了涡轮工作叶片从外型到内型的自动转化,同时输出了其图形和数据。在多个型号的涡轮叶片设计中证实,使用该软件包不仅可以提高涡轮叶片的设计质量,还可以缩短其设计周期。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces a program on turbine blade digitalization design. The program has been finished through debugging on the basis of Visual LISP (developed from AutoCAD). It is made up of 44 sub-programs and one main program. Profile data file meeting the aerodynamic requirements transforms into graphics automatically. The inside profile meeting the structure requirements will be generated from the given profile. Finally output their graphics and data. This program has been put into application in turbine blade design. From several types of turbine blade designs, a great content of work cycle has been reduced with high quality.
