流量调节器研制的全过程质量控制

摘    要:围绕流量调节器研制过程,以确保和提高流量调节器工作可靠性为目标,阐述了在设计、制造以及试验中保证调节器质量的控制措施。通过设计人员全程跟踪、反馈和改进,形成了完整的全过程闭环动态控制流程。这些措施的可行性、有效性在试车中得到考核。调节器的研制过程是一个不断改进和完善的动态过程,其控制流程可以为今后其它产品型号研制过程中的质量控制提供参考。

Abstract:This paper introduces the control measures to guarantee the quality of design,manufacture and test in the development process of a flowrate regulator. The purpose of the subject is to establish a proper design and production process and improve the design and test procedure and working reliability of the regulator. A strictly dynamic closed loop processing control flow chart was formed by means of global tracing, customer feedback and product improvement. Feasibility and availability of the measures were testified in the trial run. Overall quaility control flow chart derived from the flow regulator practice can serve as a guarantee reference for the development of other products.
