摘    要:基于标准肛£二方程湍流模型、EDM湍流燃烧模型以及DO辐射模型,对JP-10与RP-3燃料在某型弹用涡喷发动机燃烧室中的燃烧过程分别进行了数值模拟。结果表明,在保持燃料质量流量不变的条件下,采用JP-10替代RP-3后,燃烧室内的温度分布、组分浓度分布变化不大,引起的发动机结构的热负载差异也不大,但对于同等体积的燃油,燃油持续燃烧的时间却增加20%左右。

Abstract:Based on the standard k-ε turbulence model, EDM species transport model, and DO radiation model, the simulation of the combustion in the small turbine engine with JP-10 and RP-3 is separately conducted presently. The result shows that, keeping the fuel mass flow rate to be the same, the temperature field and mass fraction field do not change notably when adopting JP-10 instead of RP-3, and the heat load of the engine almost the same. To the same volume fuel, the combustion time of JP-10 lasts about 20% more than the combustion time of RP-3.
