| 摘 要： | 摘 要 高等院校学生公寓的改革已全面展开，后勤社会化的趋势不可改变。鉴于长期以来学生公寓做为学校工作的部分已经根深蒂固，如何适应形势发展需要，迅速转变角色，从而更好的为学校育人服务是当前高校学生公寓面临的重要课题。本文作者依据长期工作的经验和当前形势发展的变化对当前公寓厂作的现状。主要问题及今后工作的对策，进行了初步的分析和探讨，以供同仁们参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | Abstract The reform of student apartments and logistic socialization are inevitable trend in higher education. Since student apartments have long been part of the school' s daily task, the transfer from school' s daily task to independent operation is a problem faced by colleges and univerlities. How to transform the role to provide better service? The writers of the article put forward a train of thoughts, based on their work experiences and their insight of the change, for the solutions to various problems resulted from this change. |
