可重复使用热防护系统试验验证技术概述

摘    要:主要针对高超音速飞行器三种典型可重复使用热防护系统概念,详细阐述了热防护系统试验验证技术国内外进展。国外所开展的热防护系统验证试验项目,主要包括热物理性能试验、力学性能试验以及在热、压、振动、噪声、大气暴露、雷击等极端环境下的TPS结构耐久性试验三大类。简要介绍了热防护系统验证试验的关键技术,分析了国内在热防护系统试验验证技术方面的技术需求,阐明了我国热防护系统试验验证技术未来发展方向。

Abstract:Recent development about verification test technology for three types of reusable thermal protection systems concepts of hypersonic vehicle were presented in details in this paper.The verification tests mainly include three types: thermal physics performance test,mechanics performance test and environment durability test under conditions of heat,pressure,vibration,acoustic environment,atmosphere and lightning strike.Critical technology focus of thermal protection systems verification tests was briefly described as well.The domestic technology requirement for verification test of reusable thermal protection systems was analyzed and the way to develop verification test technology of reusable thermal protection systems was also recounted.
