| Abstract: | In this paper, a brief introduction is given to the emperical Bayesian method, which is wide-ly used in reliability engineering, a systematis analysis is made on the advantages, shortcomings and feasi-ble application areas of the Bayesian method, and a review is also made of the current research status and existing problems. On this basis, the necessiry of testing proir hypothesis by means of experimental data isproved, and some practical test methods and formula are presented. |
