| 摘 要： | 煤炭期货交易可以为煤炭供需双方提供避险工具，化解煤电价格矛盾以及争夺国际煤炭商品的定价话语权，而且从我国煤炭商品的期货特性和市场环境来看，在我国开设煤炭期货交易的条件已基本具备。
