始终代表最广大人民的根本利益，全心全意为人民服务，是中国共产党的根本宗旨，也是党能够不断发展 大，不断取得胜利的根本原因，在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济条件下，党要保持同人民群众的血肉联系，代表人民群众的根本利益，不仅要明确认识人民群众的历史地位和作用，而且要在具体工作中切实改进领导方法和工作方法，坚决克服形式主义和官僚主义，为群众办实事、办好事。

Constantly representing the basic interests of general public, and serving the people heart and soul are the themes of C.P.C. They are also the essential reasons for developing C.P.C and achieving victories. Under the conditions of reform and opening policy and developing socialist economic market, the C.P.C should keep in cloze contact with the Chinese people representing the basic interests of the general public.
