| Abstract: | A process of overall risk management when organizing manufacture of new products is considered. A number of factors that exert an influence upon the deviation of finance indicators from the planned ones are revealed. Also described are the techniques for levelling of the influence of these factors and attaining least deviations from planned finance indicators. |
