Approach to Implementing Adaptive Enhancement of Variance by a Recursive Filter

A method of implementing adaptive enhancement of variance on an image by a recursive low-pass filter is introduced mainly in this paper. Mathematical representation is given on the basis of local statistical values. A recursive low-pass flites approach is adopted. The design of recursive low-pass filter is analyzed and explained in detail. In the process of operation,various elements are considered to have an effect on the output and appropriate parameters are chosen to get more satisfactory results. On the model 75 image system, an image has been strengthened by utilizing the given calculation method and the effect is evident. May be improved by this method,local contrast of the picture and the details of the picture made clear.
